About

It’s Really All About YOU

All business owners must hone their business analytics skills continuously.  Helping you fully utilize your knowledge, examine your strengths, skills and abilities, develop plans and take SMART actions are my prime objectives. Learning to ask yourself very tough questions and  really challenging your own thinking will help you make the best decisions possible.  This is where  business coaching differs from business consulting. As your coach, I support your growth and goals in capacity building, learning, skill and competency development and help you formulate the answers to your most pressing issues. You will find yourself thinking not only outside the box but outside your business as you examine every aspect of it. I’ll share my experiences, both good and bad,  and knowledge to guide you through the rough patches that you are bound to encounter as you grow your business to a new, exciting level.   You will also develop a well balanced lifestyle that includes good eating, exercise, sleep and extended vacation habits with a dash of fun tossed in along the way.  You will discover  that you have plenty of time for your family and still accomplish more at work than you ever dreamed possible ……… with a lot less stress.  A Pricewaterhouse Coopers study for the International Coaching Federation shows that clients, on average, earn a 500 – 750% ROI on their investment in a business coach.  Invest in yourself and earn an excellent ROI on your business coaching investment.
